Terms of Service

Mold Clarity provides independent whole-house mold assessments and professional advice. We do not perform, bid, or sell remediation. Our report describes the conditions observed at the time of the visit and recommends next steps.

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree on a time.

The whole-house mold assessment with a written report costs $600. Sampling and laboratory reports are optional, extra-cost services, only as needed. Their scope and cost are agreed with you before proceeding.

You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property and to accessible areas throughout the house. Concealed spaces and unsafe or inaccessible areas cannot be fully assessed. Destructive investigation is not included.

An assessment is a professional opinion about observed conditions on the date of service. It is not a warranty or guarantee of future conditions, and it is not a substitute for medical advice, a warranty of air quality, or a guarantee that all hidden mold will be found. Decisions you make based on the report are your own.
